The customer concept is used to refer to the people or entities that make use of the resources or services provided by another.

Organizations live on the basis of customers, since they are the ones who with each consumption decision contribute to what will then be the profit of the company . Obviously, the categorizations that are made of the clients will differ greatly according to the kind of company or product that is considered, but in all cases we can talk about satisfied or dissatisfied customers, according to the result that has had, that is, the level at which the company met its needs (which is known, will impact future purchases). Companies also analyze customers according to their psychological profile, their willingness to change and their customs in consumption.

The ad , for example, is a key link between the employer and the client, being the vehicle through which the idea and values that you want to assign to the products reach the senses of the potential consumer . This conception of marketing is derived from the need that the microeconomics has had to establish consumer classes.

Two more meanings of the term client, which arise from that relationship between two entities that exchange something are:
