1. What is an administrator?

An administrator is the task of administering the task . This action can be intended for a company , an object or a set of objects. The administrator must possess qualities that stand to perform its function properly: have attitude of a leader , having knowledge and experience, know how to act against different adverse situations of moral and intellectual way.

The administrator is responsible for managing the resources of an entity , as well as the appointment of positions and tasks to staff members. As his word says well, an administrator will handle only and exclusively administrative work, which is usually strongly related to the financial and economic part of a company.

In buildings or departments it is very common to find the term administrator . Here the individual who holds this position will be responsible for organizing those tasks related to the maintenance of the building .

2. Task Manager

A task manager is a software whose usefulness and purpose provide the user with information of different processes and applications that are being executed in foreground and background by a computer.

Also from the same task manager it is possible to perform the actions of:

• Finish some process .
• Change the priority in which a process is executed (low, below normal, normal, above normal, high, real time).
• Close the desired user session .
• Put into operation new tasks or applications.
• Observe the performance in terms of CPU usage .

The task manager is a very useful software and the different operating systems have one from the factory . There are also developed by private manufacturers and can be downloaded from the Internet .

3. Apostolic Administrator

An apostolic administrator is that bishop or presbyter appointed by the Pope of the Catholic Church to whom he is assigned the task of administering a diocese, whose residential bishop or archbishop is not exercising the quota (this situation is called a vacant seat).

The vacant seat situation occurs when the residential person in charge of administering the diocese dies , renounces or there is an event that produces an inability to administer it correctly.

The election of the new administrator, after the vacancy occurs, is detailed in the Code of Canon Law. It states that after the free space is left, the new person in charge must be chosen from among the members of the Diocesan College of Consultants, within a maximum period of eight days.
